MenYarning is a purpose-driven organisation focused on supporting men’s health, wellbeing, and community connection through campaigns, events, and initiatives.

  • By using our Services, you confirm you meet these requirements

You agree to use MenYarning in a respectful, lawful, and community-focused manner.

  • Business or community networks

You agree that:

  • Your information is accurate and up to date

  • You are responsible for your account security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 

5. Events & Participation

MenYarning hosts events, meetups, and community initiatives.

By attending or participating:

  • You acknowledge participation is at your own risk

  • You agree to follow all event rules and safety guidelines

  • You consent to respectful behaviour within the community

We reserve the right to remove participants who:

  • Disrupt the environment

  • Create unsafe or inappropriate situations
     

6. Products & Store Purchases

If you purchase products from the MenYarning store:

  • All prices are listed in AUD (unless stated otherwise)

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds or replacements are provided for faulty or incorrect items

  • Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted unless stated

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
     

7. Donations & Contributions

MenYarning may receive donations or allocate proceeds from products and campaigns.

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

  • Where stated, a portion of proceeds may go toward community initiatives or partner organisations

  • Allocations may vary depending on campaigns
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MenYarning platform, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Campaign names (e.g. MenYarning Monday, Brew for a Bro)

  • Graphics, content, and media

are owned by or licensed to MenYarning.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or use content without permission

  • Use branding for commercial purposes without approval
     

9. User Content

If you submit or share content (comments, posts, testimonials, etc.):

  • You retain ownership of your content

  • You grant MenYarning permission to use, display, and share it for promotional and operational purposes

  • You confirm your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate or harmful.
 

10. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

MenYarning provides community support, awareness, and connection, not medical or clinical advice.

  • We are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or counselling services
